The pace doesn't matter. For the best effect you can connect the fantasy. For example, trying to describe a semicircle with a look, a certain geometric figure, or just randomly rotate the eyeballs to achieve a clear image.
"Big Circle"
Such a gymnastic complex is simple. Its essence is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eyes. But the head must remain still.
You have to imagine a big dial in front of you. Then slowly look in a circle, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, noting each number. The drawn line must not be broken. With each workout, you need to increase the radius of this imaginary circle. You should blink at the end of the exercise.

The head should be still. Movement is allowed only with the eyes. One look should describe the horizontal figure "eight". The model created in the air must be large. But the eye muscles cannot be overstrained.
The movements must be performed several times, changing directions.
"Eye strain"
To perform this exercise, bring the tip of a pen or other small object to your eyes. All details must be clearly visible. The gaze should be kept on the relevant topic for some time. The oblique muscles of the eye and the annular muscles will be stretched to the limit. A circle three to five millimeters in diameter is glued to the window glass. It is placed at a distance of about thirty centimeters from the face. It must be level with the eyes. Then you need to find any distant object that enters the area of the circle, and look sequentially from that object to the circle and then back. Another option would be to stare for ten seconds at a tree or pole outside the window. Then you need to look sharply at the wrist or palm. So repeat 15 times.
"Focusing distance adjustment"
Performing this exercise, you should focus your eyes on the finger, which is located at a distance of 40-50 centimeters from the face. Then approach it sequentially and move it to the outstretched hand. Approximation should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. The finger can move left and right, as well as diagonally.
Relaxing the eyebrows
This exercise will be the perfect completion of gymnastics for the visual organs. Often, after a busy day, a person closes his eyes and feels his eyebrows crawl over his lashes.
